After my father's passing, we received a bill for ambulance services (Brough of Paramus) that the health insurance company had fully paid. I called to resolve this issue and correct the error, but the representative I spoke with was rude and unsympathetic. They informed me that the bill had been sent to collections and that it was no longer their concern. You should expect to be treated this way if you use this service.
This company harassed me, accused me of strealing money that my own insurance company confirmed I did not take, and then denied my request to submit a complaint, and denied my request to submit a grievance; and also mocked me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. This company does not respect people’s rights. The woman I spoke with, Denise, was rude and accusing.
