This was my first yoga retreat (back to nature) and in fact my first official yoga class. I was as green as they come. My friend told me how great it was and I had always wanted to learn yoga so I signed up with her with the intention of taking classes for a few months before attending the retreat. The care and intention that went into every piece of this retreat was amazing. I felt cared for, cared about and now have an enduring place in my heart always. I am stronger both physically and emotionally and my yoga journey has been guided by amazing, knowledgeable women. What a gift!

I had the pleasure of attending the Glow Within Retreat in Thailand. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the retreat, the yoga classes, the location (Thailand, does it get any better?) and most of all our leader, Autumn Adams. The resort, Samahita, was beautiful and everyone was gracious and helpful. The excursions that were planned were fun and well thought out. Our morning yoga was so energizing and "hot" at times. What an amazing retreat! I really needed self care after having my twin girls 3 1/2 months earlier. Autumn and Toni do a beautiful job holding space for what you need. Thank you ladies for this! The tipi village is a wonderful space and has delicious food.
