We were denied treatment and directed to the emergency room! However, Ambucare Clinic bills the full amount for the visit! That's like a mechanic saying, "we couldn't fix your car, but we're going to charge you the full amount!" Absurd!
Nothing short of excellent care at Ambucare. Everyone I’ve dealt with had been nothing but professional. All the Doctors are great, but Steve Sappington is awesome. Sometimes there’s a little wait but that’s to be expected with the excellent care you’re given there. It’s definitely a 5 star office.

I’m so upset and in so much pain, which could have been avoided had the doctor at Ambucare done what they should have. I only went to Ambucare because my family doctor’s office is closed on Thursdays. I’m not sure of the doctor’s name at Ambucare, but it was a female doctor. I told her I had a horrible sore throat, ear ache, etc. She looked in my ears and throat, then told me it was viral and would last 3-4 days. She never even swabbed my throat. I just want to say that the doctor's and Nurses are amazing. I went in with shoulder pain after I had went to er last week. My pain was getting worse and worse. I came here and received the best care. Thank You!!
