My grandson is in 4k this year. Pictures were taken in October and ordered in November. The end of January, I still hadn't received them. Thankfully I paid by check, which they cashed in November, because they had no record of my order. Finally received the order today, and it's still incomplete. Will be calling them next week, but never again will I place an order with them. The only reason I did order was for the class group photo, and that's the part I'm missing. Not impressed. The pics were no different than I could have taken myself and had developed locally for $.17 each instead of $6 each. And when I called to see where my prints were after my credit card was charged 2+ weeks after the order, the woman on the phone was not friendly and told the the order was at the developers. No guarantees I'd get them anytime soon. In the end, I'm mostly disappointed at the prints and the cost for the quality...
My twins are in 4K this year and they had pictures done through their school. Well they sent initially one of the twins proofs and not the other. They were notified by the school that the other twin did not receive their proofs. Today they again sent the proofs for the twin they already sent. I'm upset as I want to see them and see if they are worth ordering. Super disappointed I have to wait once again and hope they send the right proofs. Nothing like ruining the memory of their 1st school picture.

super disappointed in the photos. We won a session as a gift for our dog so we didnt have to pay for it!! Thank goodness. We were in and out in 10 minutes. I thought that was quick but didnt think much of it....until I saw our pictures! It was hard to pick one out because most were not good. I called and they said the best 13 photos were given to me to look at. If these were the top 13.....Im concerned. Oh well. Live and learn. would not go back.

They did my kids pictures through school. I can't really gripe about the individual pictures as they are hustling a lot of kids in and out all day and it's my kids fault for now smiling properly. But the class picture for my youngest is awful. They took it outside, in front of a bank of Windows. All the kids are squinting. But the worst part is they made the kids kneel on pavement.
