I am buying a house with some serious possible issues. Gary was a very nice guy, very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He showed up early, too. His price was fair and his report was detailed and timely provided to us. I would definitely recommend him.....thank you! 2020 update: I again used Gary's services twice in 2020. Both times, he's been just the same as noted above. Fantastic through home inspections conducted. I would absolutely recommend him...A+
