I cannot explain enough here how horrible our experience was. This was all “Don’t worry about a thing, we will take care of everything from here on out” to never returning our calls, having contractors no-show us, blaming no shows on covid when the contractors gave us different explanations directly, and giving up on us once they saw that the dollar value of our claim was low. When the great freeze hit Denver over Valentine's Day weekend 2021, a pipe in the ceiling of our finished basement burst and flooded our entire basement. The amount of water damage before we discovered the flood was alarming to say the least. Thank goodness for Ambrose Restoration! They showed up hours after our incident the next day and got right to work tearing out the carpet, sucking up the water, and airing out our basement.
