Worked with Jim to get a humidifier installed & couldn’t be happier. Jim & his team are cordial, extremely knowledgeable & fair. Several years back they installed a replacement A/C for me. From then to now they haven’t lost a step…true honest professionals.
Woke up to 60 degree temp in the house. Called the office and a tech was out within the hour. Rob troubleshooted a few things and it ended up being a bad control board. Being 20+ years old, I was worried they weren’t going to find the replacement part and I didn’t want to replace it (yet). They were able to source a used one and got my unit back up and running!! Couldn’t be happier! Will use them again when needed.
Jim and his guys are incredibly professional and fantastic at their jobs. I'm lucky to have an HVAC guy that I can trust.
