I have worked in the construction and A&E sectors for most of my life. Having said this,I know many local HVAC guys out there. However, one team I know stood out clearlyand simple. " Ambrose HVAC".Jim Ambrose and his group are people I've known for years. Jim and the gang are the best, I must say! For instance, myfurnaceneeded to be replaced a few months ago. This morning, I was sitting in my office and began feeling a little warm and clammy. At first I thought, oh heck, somebody gave me the covid again! After a couple minutes of self-assessment, I realized the problem was much worse....the air conditioner was out! I decided to give Ambrose a call, primarily because the name was familiar since I drive by their shop every morning on the way to work. I spoke with a very helpful lady who answered the phone. Jim and Ambrose HVAC are fantastic! We had some issues with our 25yo furnance and jim got it working for us while we were waiting for a new furnance. Jim was very prompt and efficient installing the new furnace. He was even so thoughtful to shovel behind his truck before he started unloading the equipment into my house.. he even shoveled a lot more then he needed to! I highly recommend Ambrose and Jim!
