We got a new unit less than a year ago... it has stopped working on us 5 times now.. each time they say it’s the thermostat. They always “fix” it but never truly find the problem. So it just keeps happening. I do not recommend them at all. We have a husky and we have been at the hot ball field all day.. looking forward to our cool AC but we come home to 86 degrees and a very hot dog.

I have been a customer for 5+ years and always do a maintenance appointment in the summer. I scheduled my appointment to doe the same today.
