I pulled in, said these 4 tires please, and was done in less than 20 minutes. 1st time customer. Bought winter tires. Great experience the service was excellent (no more over tightened lug nuts like some other places), inflated tires to same psi (you’d think that would be obvious who wants to get new tires then have to go somewhere else to adjust the air pressure in them?) Waiting area was fine. Price was reasonable, staff was very helpful and friendly. Made sure I knew there was a recent rebate (reward) then got me on my way quickly. great place with fair prices
wrecked my daughters car won't repair it go somewhere else where they care about the customer's property
Took my car in for 2 new front tires, and an alignment. When I picked it up it had a softball sized hole in the front bumper where it appears they hit a jack stand or lift. There were black rubber streaks on the bumper as well further showing it happened inside. They reluctantly put it through to their insurance who promptly denied the claim. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
messed up a friend's car by putting a huge hole in the bumper, then refused to fix it... I would never use them!
