I normally don’t give bad reviews unless I feel that it’s warranted. Tonight, my husband and I ordered a pizza and were told that it would be ready in an hour. After around an hour and 45 minutes had passed, my husband called to check in and was told that the driver was on his way. (We live in Baden, about 10 minutes away.) I've been ordering from this place for years. The last few years their quality and quantity has slipped, with seemingly increased prices. I kept going back due to lack of options in Beaver County. Today was/is the last time I order here. First, the "lady" who took my order was dropping F bombs to the people in the kitchen. She couldn't give me a total because she could figure it out. Service and food has gone downhill. the first 2 times I ordered, the food was amazing!. the last 7.....wings soggy n gross, pizza always cold and an hour late, just got gyros with no onion olive n tomato...(which means still should've had lettuce feta and sauce)... I got meat.. just meat on a pita. Villa used to be known for heaping portions of meat on gyros. not anymore. I got fried pierogies. It takes a hour and a half for delivery. They mess up everyone’s order. Constantly put on hold. Food isn’t hot. Has happened multiple times I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. I asked for no onions and on my bag and foil it was wrote no onions but my burger had onions.
Over two hours for a delivery. I kept calling and they said 10 more min then after that 5 more min another hour goes by. Extremely rude. Will not be ordering from there
