I purchased an induction coil from Ambrell and its been an absolute disaster from the start.. From not sending me the incorrect parts on more than one occasion to sending me damaged parts. I ended up having to order the parts online myself, while also having to study and learn about the machine and how to properly install it and completely install and put the machine together even though I paid the company to do so.
