Great doctors and staff! Always very detailed and explaining everything that needs be to be done! Easy to get appointments too!
I have been coming here for years for my cats and have always had the best treatment and care. All the vets and techs have provided top notch service.
Friendly staff
We have gotten care for our two dogs here for the past year. They have helped ease our concerns and provide pain medications for our dogs when they needed it. The staff is friendly and you get the sense that they love animals. A friendly suggestion for the clinic is to not have discussions between doctor and pet parents in the lobby. Other calls come in and it becomes hard to hear what the doctor is saying while the receptionist is talking on the phone. We are taking our dog here today for swollen glands in his neck. My husband and I were very happy with the wonderful care our cat received at Animal Clinic of Benicia. The entire staff are caring, gentle, and supportive. The veterinarian we saw was wonderful and called us at home a few hours after our visit to check on our cat and to answer any questions that we may have.
