Courteous staff and excellent optical services
I have been coming here since I was a kid and I guess as a kid you don’t really understand or see much, but as I started getting older I started to realize how rude the staff was. I used to see Dr. Geiger and he was amazing. For some reason I was changed to the other one and he made every visit a dread. The people who deals with the glasses part were also very rude, I remember being 8/9 years old and them giving me a hard time as if I was their child, very unprofessional. just finished leaving the office & honestly i’m disgusted on how i was just treated . my appointment was for 2:45 & it’s now 3:26 and they waited all this time to tell me that i needed to go elsewhere because i wrote a review 4 yrs ago on how i waited about two months to receive my glasses . he was very rude especially in front of daughters who were in the room with mei honesty don’t recommend this place at all . if you knew you weren’t going to see me from the beginning you should of never waisted my time by booking an appo... read more
