I made all my arrangements prior to getting a call stating I had to put a deposit down, I would not have mined if they had stated this at the prearrangements stage. So I cancelled them and went with another company.
The new management company, Ambling, at Forest Ridge in Fort Mill is being extremely rude and unprofessional. They recently sent out letters giving some residents a 10-day notice to pay rent or quit. I have an elderly neighbor who's just been discharged from the hospital, and this is not how you treat people. Ambling should've taken the time to understand the existing agreements with the previous management, which was great.
