Not a great management company. As a tenant at their Cheshire Chase community I can say you get what you pay for. This property has been through at minimum 7 different property managers and 2 management companies in the past 2 years. Maintenance request are ignored because there is no Maintenance crew at this property. I haven't had air filters in my Hvac for over 6 months. I made all my arrangements prior to getting a call stating I had to put a deposit down, I would not have mined if they had stated this at the prearrangements stage. So I cancelled them and went with another company.
