BUT THE DOG BARKING CONSTANTLY ESPECIALLY IF SOMEONE PASSES BY THERE ARE A FEW TENANTS WHO HAVE SMALL DOGS IT IT CAN BECOME ANNOYING AND WAKES PEOPLE UP EARLY ITS A CONSTANT BARK ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS JUST WALK BY I CAME TO VISIT A FRIEND I COULD'NT EVEN STAND OUTSIDE WITH THE BARKING I BELIEVE THEY HAVE 2 DOGS SMALL APT 10 FOR THIS ONE REASON I WOULD NOT MOVE HERE.
