I moved into a one-bedroom here a few weeks ago. It’s clean, quiet, spacious, updated and the kitchen is big and easy to use. Jessica and Ana, who deal with everything are always kind, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Jessica had an emergency when I came to get my key but she came to the office anyway. She’s a gem.
I lived at Ambler Crossings for three years before moving out a month ago, and my experience was excellent. The apartment complex and common areas were always clean and well-maintained. Ana and Jessica in the leasing office have been incredibly kind and helpful since the day I toured the apartment, always addressing any concerns I had. Fast and smooth move-in process. Thanks to Jessica and Ana for friendly helpful support and advice to help me settle in.
Before applying for this apartments please read all reviews and think twice. I living here more then 6 month's and i regret every day. Neighbors have no respect to the others and fixing their cars without exhaust at night under the windows.Administrators have nothing to do with it because their care only the money.
I lived at Ambler Crossing for 4 years back between 2016-2020. I had a one bedroom at first. No issues. Very peaceful. I moved to a 2 bedroom. Again, peaceful mostly until the end of my time there. Noisy neighbors moved below me ( I don't think it was possible to hear noises from the neighbors living below an apartment). At the time, Cindy Jackson was the property manager. She was the wicked witch of the north, west, east and south. She was rarely helpful and very nasty. If it wasn't for her, I may have stayed there.
