Interacting with the front desk person overall felt toxic. The vibe overall was low enough for me not to trust this place with my baby.
Terrible they overcharged a day for boarding when details were discussed prior to picking up. Only worried about making money. Went in the Babcock for a pet exam… extremely hot where the animals are kept.
Our puppy, Hana, absolutely loves day camp here, and they take such good care of her! When we adopted her we looked around for boarding and day camp places in the area and decided on Markim, and have been so happy with our choice. Our pup has boarded here and regularly does day camp here, and she absolutely loves it and the team. When we bring her to day camp she doesn’t even look back!
