Our puppy, Hana, absolutely loves day camp here, and they take such good care of her! When we adopted her we looked around for boarding and day camp places in the area and decided on Markim, and have been so happy with our choice. Our pup has boarded here and regularly does day camp here, and she absolutely loves it and the team. When we bring her to day camp she doesn’t even look back! Horrific experience every single time my dog has been boarded. They always have an excuse lined up for their inconsistancies/mistakes!! I left my dog there for roughly a week, and came to pick him up and find him minorly injured/tramuatized from whatever you guys did with him!!! There have been multiple instances where they have mistreated my dog, and its my fault for bringing him back to Markim. Avoid this pet resort!!

Boarded our lab there last month for a week, and they injured his paw leaving a circular burn mark. I believe one of the responses too from one of the staff was that “he was causing lots of trouble”. Like what??? Our dog has no history of bad behavior, and the fact that they took zero accountability in recognizing their inability to watch the dog and keep it safe is extremely concerning for their business and the pet owners who board their dogs there.
