Alicia is our tech and she is the absolute best! I accidentally killed one of our plants due to some temperature control issues we were having and you wouldn't even be able to tell. She is always so friendly and amazing with her care and attention to detail!
5 stars for Carrie who takes care of our office in downtown Chicago (Old Town). The way she cares for our our plants shines through her personality as well. As two-person admin team for a large office, I never once had to worry about the plants. She's always reliable, communicates any schedule changes, and super informative to an office full of young plant parents. She even replaced a plant that I ruined and taught me how care for my ones at home. 10/10 carrie is wonderful.
Ambius is top notch!!! Wonderful company to work with. MELISSA D. (Particularly) has been amazing!!!! She is so friendly, helpful, intuitive, kind, professional, intentional, etc. She provided the upmost professionalism and we will miss her at our location.
Ambius handles our lobby plants for two medical buildings in IL. We are very pleased with their design, rental rates and care for the plants.
