7/10 Edit - The co-owners wife let me go as a client from Salon Laurent because of this review I left on her husband's business. It is disappointing because they are separate businesses but what's done is done. The only reason we came here is because one of the co-owners is the husband of someone I know. The only reason we came here is because one of the co-owners is the husband of someone I know. We have had horrible experience over horrible experience. There seems to be no pride in ownership or accountability when it comes to barbers at this location. Strike 1 - Had an appt at 9am, we show up and our barber was no where to be found. People tried calling him and calling him just for him to say he is running late and would be there soon. He showed up almost 45 minutes late and no apology or remorse for lack of communication.... read more
