For a deep clean they quoted $198 for an approximately 220 square foot efficiency apartment. That price seemed high to me but I wrote it off to Chicago pricing and the fact that we needed it done in a few days. For that price I assumed we would get a minimum of 4-6 hours. They sent out one person who did an excellent job and had a pleasant personality. We hired them for a move in clean. They were available for a clean within 48 hours of the call. The prices are competitive, clean is amazing, and they are very professional. Prompt, responsive, and considerate. HIGHLY recommend if you need a cleaning in Chicago. Will use again if we need cleaning services!
