Used to love this place years ago, but it has gone completely downhill. Very unreliable. I ordered a custom piece which was supposed to be a baptism gift. I followed up numerous times to ensure it would be ready on time, as it was for a big event. The piece was not ready on the day it was to be picked up, despite multiple in person visits and phone calls that I made.
