The owner, Steve, was a gentleman and awesome. He helped me from my door to the car and carried some of my things, oxygen. He got me to my apt on time with the snowy roads. I highly recommend. His wife was very nice when I got the call the first call.
If I could give them a negative I would. Extremely unprofessional on the phone the first time I talked them. Yelling kids in the background he was hollering at. First driver waz awesome. Pickup was half hour late causing me to cancel more appointments, loud music, and when I asked why he was late he launched into a tirade. Called the company and rudely talked about me. Wish I would've videoed it. NEVER will I use them and lodged a complaint with Meridian Health. HORRIBLE service!!!!!!!
