Charming place for an event of 100-300. Bathrooms old use improvement. But overall the ambiance is pleasant enough.

Cool, big and small open spaces. Not ideal for recoding audio with the metal scrap yard across the street and constant music playing

A great venue that hosts some of the coolest events in town, including art shows, concerts, and the infamous Indie Craft Experience.
