Couldn't talk with anyone one the phone, very slow about my home care. Not professional.
My husband was receiving drugs for home IV use and coming in to the office once a week for labs. With the new year, our insurance changed and when they went to charge for the week's supply, the insurance showed as not active. He signed a paper they gave him saying that he would be responsible for anything the insurance didn't pay, and they said they would contact us the next day about delivering his drugs. They didn't. Always professional and friendly! On time every time. I had an issue on a Sunday and the on call nurse drove nearly 2 hours to come and take care if it.......with a smile! The office staff are wonderful and always followed up. Highly recommend and I would certainly use Ambient Healthcare for future needs!
Nurse didn't show or call on her scheduled day. I had to call the nurse and then the company. Found out she had taken the day off. Her supervisor was unaware of it, but after my call, she (supervisor) made a 2 hour drive so my services could be done on my prescribed day. However, the supervisor, didn't tell the nurse she did the visit, so nurse wanted to show up at my house the next day. When I again had to call the company, I was treated very rudely on the phone.
