Part 2. This is ironic . You write a bad review and you get an email from ambient edge to put you back on there schedule. they left my air conditioner in pieces and they ant to put me back on there schedule 6 weeks latter. This is not the type of company you do business with. THERE OFFICE MANGER , NOTHING GOOD SAY ABOUT. DON'T BELIEVE THERE 5 STAR REWIEWS................
Technician (Jonathon) arrived as scheduled, was very polite and very informative, am very pleased with his work, and with Ambient Edge.
Customer over 10 years. Whole new unit 2013. Last 5 years something wrong everytime they come out for semi-annual check-up. 2021 they even tried to charge me twice for my annual check-up and that was the 2nd time that happened. Requested a receipt that I am paid for fall of 2021 and spring of 2022. Still waiting! Worse customer service I ever received.
Worse service I have had in 15 years! Tried to charge me twice for yearly maintenance service! Got that straight. Than because I want to cancel my contract for Fall there policy is a charge of $75 to cancel. $75 dollars to send me back my deposit and nothing done to earn it. Guess I have to hope they do not break anything this fall and try to screw me worse..
