Based on existing reviews I expected to have a good experience with Ambient. Ken was prompt and very friendly and informative when he came out to price a WHOLE new HVAC plus a water heater. He had some good suggestions that made a lot of sense. Also, there was a flex duct replacement which he committed (verbally) to repair the very next week. The two stars are based on our initial meeting. That’s as generous as I can be as I have never heard back from him since. Too bad.
Ken Williams has been maintaining my HVAC system for several years. I have been extremely pleased with his yearly maintenance with my furnace & AC. So, when my old AC died I knew that Ken would be the one to install a new and better unit than the last company I had worked with. He always takes time with the customer to explain exactly what work needs to be done & takes the time to do everything correctly to the last detail.
