AC was blowing warm air on a Friday at 630pm (heat wave) and called them right away. I thought they would not be able to get to me until the next day or two, but they were at my house by 7pm!! And the AC was back on by 710pm!! I’ve used them on my previous house and will continue to use them
Our AC went out with 100 degree temps. Dom responded within 15 minutes and had our unit up and running within 10 minutes. He was very courteous and did a great job! I highly recommend Ambience HVAC to all!

Always 5 stars. I can rely on Ernie's team every time. Ambience is dependable and has great customer care and service. They have installed a water heater and new HVAC system, as well as coming out to check and help with other things. Ambience is also a partner with Energize Delaware so you can get a rebate on nearly all the new appliances/systems they install.
Ambience has always provided honest, trustworthy, efficient service for our home. They have always been responsive and so helpful for over a decade. After a bad experience with a larger, well known company, I would 100 percent recommend Ambience for always going above and beyond in our times of need. This is why they were voted Best of Delaware. A big shoutout especially to Ernie and Brian. They are the absolute best.
