Ambience has been my go-to HVAC company since I moved to Delaware. Great customer service and very responsive. Cal and his apprentice Amber came out today. Not only were they helpful in solving my ac issue (without laughing at me 😊), they shared many helpful tips to keep my system running great.
We have engaged Ambience on two separate HVAC replacement jobs over the past year and can't recommend them highly enough! Fair pricing on high quality systems, professional sales and install teams, and loved being able to take advantage of the state energy rebate program to off-set our costs. Well done, Ambience!
Have been using Ernie, Chris and the boys at Ambience for about 15 years now. They service my residence and my restaurant. AND we all know how hard it is to keep a restaurant cool in the heat of the summer!! But, their true grit is measured in their response time, attention to detail and overall honesty in assessing your situation. Unlike the bigger boys, they are there to solve your problem, NOT to sell you a new system. I highly recommend for all of your HVAC needs!
All I can say is be very very aware of being charged way over the normal price for HVAC work
AC was blowing warm air on a Friday at 630pm (heat wave) and called them right away. I thought they would not be able to get to me until the next day or two, but they were at my house by 7pm!! And the AC was back on by 710pm!! I’ve used them on my previous house and will continue to use them
