First of all I'm terrified of getting my hair cut Eileen is the only one I'd go to for anything more than a trim. Im incredibly happy with my hair cut. Furthermore the whole salon is fabulous and friendly. I can't wait until I need another hair cut.
The stylist I saw was Eileen Evans. I will never go back! I went in for touch up root color, brown. I told her my usual color code 5CB, but she thought another color code 7 would work fine since her brand was better. I declined, but she used it anyway. She ended up turning the roots a bright red. She rushed to mix more color, I thought it was to bring it back to brown. To my surprise she colored all of my hair, changing it all to an ugly red. It was terribly damaged with chemical burns.
