THIS IS PRIMARY CARE! What a pleasure it was to see a provider that takes their time in handling your care. I felt heard, understood and NOT rushed at all. I am so happy I found the TikTok video on this practice because I am finally hopeful things will turn around for my health. It’s also so convenient to have the pharmacy in the same building and they are going to deliver my medication! Truly a one stop shop. I had the pleasure of seeing NP Regine Josie today my visit went very well, NP Josie listened intently and we were able to come up with a plan of care for me that was realistic and not overwhelming she even assisted me with blocking my calendar which is my 1st step to creating a less stressful environment for myself setting boundaries goal #1 accomplished before I even left the office. She made recommendations to help lower my BP w/ and without medication for now I will have to use the meds but with our plan I don't intend t... read more
My husband had an appointment and was told all info from the appointment would be in the portal (labs, referrals, summaries etc) and nothing has been updated. He even sent a message through the portal and never received a response. It’s been 20 days and there’s no one to even reach - their receptionist is AI.
I absolutely love Ambiance Primary Care. NP Josie is the absolute best. She respects my desire to keep everything as natural as possible. I have lost 17lbs since following the eating and fitness regime she recommended and we are now working to get me the healthiest I have ever been. She listens to my concerns and even points out concerns that she has for me that I never considered, without fear mongering or shame. I am so glad I found her and keep recommending all my family and loved ones to her.
