Finding Ambiance has been a life changer. I was in between providers because my last doctor decided to leave the pracrice she was at and take a break. I stumbled upon Ambiance on Tik Tok of all places. I inquired about their in homes concierge service and within a few weeks they were at my front door. Nurse Josie is very knowledgeable and if there is something she doesn't know she will research it and get back to you with the answer. She is very responsive to messages and phone calls. Amazing experience, facility, and staff. For the first time I felt seen and heard by a medical professional and not rushed because there was a long line of patients behind me. I’m excited about building a long term primary care relationship for the first time in a long time because of my initial visit. Stop debating and just make an appointment, you won’t regret it!
Edit: While initially comforting in our one twenty minute primary care meeting, after four months, yesterday I got a bill for more than 500 dollars even though I paid the copay at the appointment and discussed the insurance billing with Regine before the appointment began! She won't respond to my texts or calls, and her voicemail box is full so it's impossible to leave a message. I feel scammed.
