Based on the service we just received from Ambiance, I would say this is an excellent company. They called before the appointment time and was very professional and stated they would be half an hour late due to a company meeting going over and were prompt on arrival. . When Jerry got here he was very quick and efficient with installing our new pool filter. He explained how to take care of our pool filter, went over the warranty; he even checked the pool water for us!
Fantastic experience. I called them and they were out the same day, had my estimate in a matter of hours, and work was completed the same week. Will definitely use them for all my future work!
I was impressed with the quality of their work and the price compared to what a couple of other companies quoted me. Had a new pool heater and a new programmable pool pump installed.
The owner came out and did the estimate themselves. The technician that did the work took time to give me tips and hints on how to maintain the system. Best pool company experience I have had in 25 years.
Good quality work, quick response, nice people. A little pricey, but not too bad.
