WOW! I have never walked into a store and immediately wish I hadn't. Looked up "blinds" on Google and this place was closest to me. Needed to replace one (1) blind in my Mom's bathroom window. I brought a sample to match color, and width is 46". I asked if I could replace a blind and showed the sample. "Oh, you need a blind and thought you could come in and get it?" YES! We had a great experience with Ambiance Blinds and Shades. Serena was great to work with, coming to our new house multiple times to help us select the perfect blinds and shades. She managed to stay within our budget without sacrificing on style and function. Most importantly, she followed up with us to make sure everything was installed to our satisfaction. Highly recommend as a family business that will deliver on customer service.
So sad that the owners passed away. The new owner has been awful to work with. I bought all my blinds from the old owner and I had some repairs on one of my honeycomb Hunter Douglas and she refused to help me. I would NEVER buy anything from them or use their services. As a local, I always love to support local business but she is doing BAD BUSINESS!!!! How sad....I went to Northshore Blinds instead and John was amazing and super helpful to work with.
