I want to give a big shout-out to this nail salon because the technician who did my pedicure was superb! Lily was very professional, took her time, and made me feel so comfortable as a new customer. She never seemed rushed, and her attention to detail was excellent. After meeting Lily today, I know this will be my go-to nail salon. I also noticed that the entire staff seemed genuinely happy and content to be there—no one looked frustrated or like they didn’t enjoy their work. We were a walk-in, and the entire place looked full with 2 other ladies waiting. As soon as they asked what we wanted, we were seated right away. We were greeted immediately and sat down together. Each person we interacted with were nice and professional. It is a bit tight in there as the layout is just rows of tables and rows of chairs, but it wasn't too bad. Lily was our favorite!!!! Chloé is such a talented and amazing artist. I came in late as a walk-in only 2 hours before the stores scheduled closing wanting a full gel X set with multiple colors, designs, and 3D art. Ms. Chloé took me right away, asked me thoughtful questions about what I wanted so that I would leave happy. She’s a true perfectionist and would redo designs several times WITHOUT ME ASKING until it met her expectations.
