Technicians are always nice especially; kenny, Tommy, and Thy. Only issue is the place desperately need to update their equipment. There were 4 chairs broken. One of the seats slid forward and I almost fell on the massage rollers. As much as i like the people and their work if the chairs aren't replaced then I'm going to have to go someplace else because honestly, the time sitting there shouldn't be so uncomfortable. My tush is hurting right now.
My wife and 15 yo daughter went here to get their nails done in preparation for my daughters prom. Well, after the first person messed up my wife's nails, and second and this person tried to fix them. During this time my wife told them that she was not paying for the quality and the gaps that were left behind. They still continued working on her nails.
