This group is the worse. They have not acted on anything without us calling to prompt them. This has delayed much needed care!
Very disappointed with this home health agency from the nurses to the administration. Our mother was very much declining while receiving home care. However, there was never any communication with the family nor the Doctor . Agency continues to re-evaluate and get more visits to milk the Medicare money when it should have been taken to the next level of care. We had therapy the first therapist was good but second day different therapist injured my wife. She had knee replacement surgery on second session. The therapist bend my wife knee to 90 degrees causing undo pain. 2 hours after session her total left side of her leg had a major bruise from 6 inch above her knee to her ankle with blood blisters. Now my wife’s leg is swollen from hip to toes
