Post date: January 2, 2015 Similar to other reviewers, do not use this flower shop! I had a family friend who used Ambiance more then 5 years ago. She was pleased with the service and results so I thought why not. I dropped my flowers off in September of 2012. I was guaranteed a 9-12 month time frame because she was so busy. Do not trust this place to take care of your flower arrangements and freeze drying!! I brought my bridal bouquet to Holli (owner) on 7/16/2012 to be freeze dried. I paid a $50 deposit in trust that I would receive my bouquet back. I still have never received my bouquet. Every time I have called to see what's going on Holli says she is so busy and thinks it is still in the dryer. I requested to get my $50 back and she could do what she wanted with my bouquet but I never got my deposit back. In the end, I paid them $50 for abs... read more
