When I moved in I was given a SIGNED quote saying how much I will be spending to move in by a specific date. When I received the quote, she told me if I were to move in over 2 weeks earlier than I needed to (I still had the rest of the month in a lease DOWN THE STREET so you can see why I wasn't in a hurry) she would be giving me a "discount" ... I love living here because everyone keeps to themselves and they do not bother anyone also like that we have gates and it's secure compare to many complexes
