Little to none communication about properties. I was suppose to receive a call back 2 weeks ago about a viewing. Unprofessional, even if it’s rented or not on the market what’s wrong with communicating that.
Folks, Stay well clear of this company & agents. They will cost you a fortune, & in the end you will have a property you cannot sell because they failed to disclose some extremely important inspections, codes, and permits were not obtained. They are a sham.
Total 3 closing in 5 years all purchases , sell and lease total package of services, My entire real estate investment as well as primary residence all from amberwoodre , nice experience every time. Special thanks to Mimi and stay behind on all deals making sure everything happen as we wanted, Michale is one man army including Ami and Jessica. Totally going back next time when I m in real estate market.
