I was a resident there, when I arrived in May 2024 I was met with D.O.N. and her nursing staff and STNA. They all was so helpful and treated my family and I great. You can not beat the staff, they treated you like part of the family. From the Nurses, STNA, Therapy, to kitchen I will give each Five Stars they deserve it. I would like to thank each one of you for making me feel like I was part of the family there at Amberwood Manor.
I would try to call for hours and no one ever picks up the phone. They would call to tell me about my family member but I could never get ahold of anyone to find out what was going on. Incompetent
My family member complained about not being flipped often enough, medications not arriving on time & also nurses are telling her “ I’ll get you that and be right back” and then she doesn’t see them again. Most of the 5 star reviews are employees so take that as you will. Lots of dishonesty going on here.
