Only live here if you hate yourself and wanna cause yourself future headache. They locked me out when I wasn’t there. Had mold in the dishwasher and air conditioning that they refused to clean (which is why they locked me out). The mold turned green very quickly. There was so many things wrong that I’m getting a headache just reliving it. This is just the start of it. These people are the definition of scumlords.
These people are scam artists. They showed me a dilapidated apartment with warped cabinets with the veneer peeling off, a busted air conditioner older than I am, a refrigerator held together by packing tape and a stove with a door that was falling apart. They told me that I would be applying for a different unit that they were fixing up. They sent me a lease to sign for the dilapidated unit with ridiculous terms, such as my being responsible for fixing the appliances myself, their being able to change the lease however and w... read more
