The Manger and Owner were great if I had an issue they always made sure it was done.
Okay, here we go...... They cant keep maintenance men. The owner lives in California, and the current manager is her sister in lawand neither one gives a crap about anything but collecting rent. There are no handicapped parking spaces. Children run around without supervision,stealing mail out of mailboxes, playing against other people's front doors. Tenants party, fight and beat their children all night. The laundry rooms rarely work. This place is no place for decent people to live.
The current manager of the complex is GREAT....so is one maintenance kid. The rest of the staff I wouldn't give you .02 cents for. The young ladies who work in that front office are rude, never follow up with promises and seem to care less for any of the current tenants.
Quiet community-biased and poorly managed – This complex is tucked away in a neighborhood that is safe and quiet. However, the apartment I moved into a month ago is still in disrepair. I lived there for almost 10 days before they provided what was originally described as a new fridge from Lowe's that turned out to be a used fridge that was not very cool. A great place to live. – The community is quiet, the staff is courteous and helpful, and the apartments are very roomy. For the money (very affordable) you get a little more than you'd expect. Not loaded with a lot of amenities, mind you, but other advantages instead. The units are all "cottage style" so there are no neighbors upstairs making too much noise, no one below you complaining, and no breezeways to echo outside your front door. I lived here for a year and to brief: 1. friendly until they have your business then they are the rudest people ever and will not hesitate to lie to your face. 2. They are doing some upkeep to the outside, but don't let this fool you, inside they are gross. 3. Maintanence takes weeks to get out and will have to return a minimum of two times to fix problems, if they even get them fixed.
