Be careful if you use this facility for urgent care. We were told we were visiting an urgent care clinic and then months later we got a bill coded for an office visit because we had visited before their office turns into an urgent care (weird hours) Because of this our insurance refused to pay and Amberwell refused to recode the bill even though their staff had told us they were an urgent care. Very sketchy business practice and outright lying.

My son is a student up in Atchison, and needed an inhaler for sport induced asthma. He was charged over $300 for a new patient visit, and another $250 for lab work. This is why health care is outrageous. I would never recommend going somewhere that costs over $500 to see a doctor, and he was so frustrated by the end that he called super upset. Do NOT send your kids here if they need healthcare.

Just got a bill for 711.50 dollars are u guys delusional I'm homeless dude and it wasn't an emergency yet I also did not use any of there resources this is bs and should be investigated they is one he'll of a payment to pay

Dr and nurse were very rude, I went in with a feeling of something stuck in my throat and was having trouble talking and breathing. They were at the nurse station making fun of the reason I was having this feeling, my uvula swelled and it cut off my air way. Did not make me feel safe or cared for at all.
