The service was great but the request I made for light cover is for single bedroom, not for master bedroom. But she said her room’s light is also bad so it was fine. I hope you can fix for my room too.

The staff at Amberview Apartments are truly the best, professional people I have ever worked with. I first met Natalya and Aurora. They are friendly, helpful and extremely caring individuals.My move to this location has been a positive experience. The maintenance staff, Roy and Hector, are very efficient and they hustle every day to make Amberview a great place to live. I am disappointed with the way this apartment management handles parking violations. I understand that I should not have parked in the disabled parking space, and I take responsibility for that. However, I only parked there occasionally during my lunch break when I came home from work and there were no available parking spaces. The disabled space is directly in front of my apartment, and I would return to work shortly afterward. My concern is how the management handled the situation. I wish I could leave a better review, because there genuinely are good things about living here. Unfortunately, the lack of supervision of children on the property has become a serious ongoing issue. Kids regularly bike and scooter through the parking lot, kick and throw balls near parked cars, and throw rocks that are damaging the pavement and putting vehicles at risk.
