Steer clear of this place at all costs. Mold infestation runs rampant due to a flooded apartment caused by a malfunctioning washer and a hurricane. Instead of properly addressing the issue, management simply painted over the mold. Upon moving out, they unjustly charge residents for carpet damage, falsely attributing it to pets. My ceiling had recurring leaks, and maintenance only offered superficial solutions by repeatedly painting over the problem.
