I have been leasing with Amberson Realty for 5 years and under my 5 th lease. Mrs Reeves is a pleasure to deal with. She explains her lease to you one paragraph at a time and makes sure you understand it prior to signing. And after that if you follow your lease requirements for repairs they are always done in a timely fashion! I was very careful at my walk thru and noted things that were not cleaned to my satisfaction, ie the oven, she noted that. Upon taking possession of her rental I quizzed Anita on carpets having been shampooed after last tenant's dog, she replied yes, however having emptied my carpet vacuum cleaner multiple times of dog hair I called her on this and her reply was "You already signed the papers". Vacated her rental 8.31.18, returning keys AT her office, Fri, 9.07.18, together with forwarding address and an invoice for lock box key she asked me to duplicate, (she had no keys for my rental on hand) I had not heard anything from her or property owne... read more
