I took a tour and the place felt like a 1970s time capsule, it gave off a really creepy vibe and the window unit AC looked even older than the unit and I'm not sure how it was even still operable. The people in the leasing office were nice at least. Although rent was reasonable the outdated units turned me off so I went with another complex.
