Dr Winley did a routine internal exam on me and discovered a small growth. She immediately dropped everything and did an internal ultrasound and then did a biopsy. She rushed the results along because she knew I had plans to leave town and spend some time at my daughter’s house out of state. She notified me that it was malignant within a day and because of her rapid response I was able to schedule an appointment at a renowned cancer hospital near my daughter and have surgery within just a few days. Literally brought me to tears with her kindness, care, and concern. The whole staff was phenomenal and welcoming. Dr. Winley listened and affirmed me about my previous negative experiences in a different obgyn office and she talked to me about every single step before she did anything. I trust her.
If you want a doctor that will actually listen to you, go to her. I had gone to the same doctor's office but a different location with the same symptoms and they would not listen to me they passed it off as 'it'll go away'. She did my c-section for my last/ 4th child. So I started going to her office. I told her that I was having pain in my lower abdominal area on a regular basis and when I have adult time.
