TRYING TO GET MY MEDICAL TEST RECORDS BUT NO REPLY VIA EMAIL SENT
PATHETIC! They gave me appointment at 4:50pm then they tell me they’re running 30min late I go out for a bit to kill the time and come back the receptionist tells me there’s two more patients before you like WTH this is pathetic as I also work at health field receptionist this never happens with us..... Amberly Healthcare your team really need to work on ur schedules and giving patients enough time so you don’t make others wait for 1-2h.....plus the receptionist was so rude... I’m sick and keep on waiting obviously anyone wo... read more
Went for a checkup.. Booked in a Week prior so my time was on spot. Came 10 minutes early to provide my details.. Sat there for and hour after my appointment was.. Watched people walk in and out. So I've since changed doctors
