First of all there is a hump in the floor in the living area which we didnt notice until after we moved in. The previous renters came back to get there mail and had same complaints. We moved in iin the fall so we did not know that the windows were very drafty. Some much space in the windows that we have a plethera of bugs coming in. Although Maintenance staff acts promptly, they never fix things properly they do the bare minimum. Tape and caulk type of deal. FRIENDLY STAFF. VERY NICE PROPERTY.
This apartment complex should be sued for its pet policy. Firstly they charge 250$ non refundable deposit for a kitten. Then you have to pay 50$ per month. It was fine till now until they told me that I have to DECLAW my cat. That is inhumane. I don’t know how come no one has any issue with that. That is straight forward animal abuse. I am editing this review just to let the owner know that I called the office and talked to the lady in leasing office.And she was very clear that I have to declaw my Cat
