I rented with them for close to 5 years and they’ve been nothing less than amazing the entire time. Communicating is easy and very understanding. I was behind $4000 and they still allowed me access to my unit and even gave me time to move my stuff out when I was ready to. Outstanding people to store your stuff with. The units were always secure and safe. Clean area and easy 24/7 access. They always worked with me on what I could manage financially and never withheld services. After receiving an invoice that never had any banking details on it so I couldn’t pay the invoice for me that blocked me out and that they’re gonna sell my stuff would be the worst Storage place I’ve ever had to deal with and I was going to move my stuff out because the place is like a junkyard and last time I was there, I’ve got a flat tyre on my vehicle
